We are thrilled to announce that we have recently won a two-part contract for the review and improvement of TMR Metro Region’s asset management. The project objective is to enhance the overall performance of the asset management system, making it more efficient and effective. The review and improvements will be based on the ISO55000 Asset Management Standard, an internationally recognised standard for best practice.
Our team will identify areas for improvement and develop processes that will streamline the management of their assets. Additionally, we will be providing training to the staff to ensure that they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively implement the new processes.
This project is an important step in ensuring that TMR Metro Region’s assets are managed in the most effective and efficient way possible, and we are excited to be a part of this journey.
